Glycemic index and glycemic load of foods
Each page takes one food, lists every standardized lab test of it in the 2021 International Tables of glycemic index (Atkinson et al.), and works out the glycemic load of the portions people actually eat in the US, with carbs from USDA FoodData Central. Foods too low in carbohydrate to test say so.
Fruit
Vegetables and starchy roots
Grains and rice
Bread

Pasta and noodles
Sugars and syrups

The glycemic index compares foods by how far a portion with the same amount of available carbohydrate raises blood glucose, with pure glucose set at 100. The glycemic load adjusts it for the portion: GI × grams of available carbs ÷ 100.
